The recruitment of employees to the “patrol police of Crimea” started in Ukraine

Head of the National Police of Ukraine Sergey Knyazev announced a set of “patrol police of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.” The corresponding statement is published on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the country.
He specified that the department opens 60 officer posts. According to him, the police will work with the inhabitants of the Crimea, who left from its territory.
The head of the National Police also said that the newly formed structure on a rotational basis will patrol the three main roads that connect Ukraine with the peninsula. The stationary unit should appear in the Kherson region before the end of the year.
“Patrol police” is not the first virtual structure, invented by the Kiev authorities. For example, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea has been working in the country’s capital for several years, and President Petro Poroshenko has his own “plenipotentiary representative” for the affairs of the peninsula.
In the Crimea, Kyiv’s initiatives were repeatedly laughed at. In January, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Polonsky said that Ukrainian police can draw a contour of the peninsula in the center of Kiev and ride it on the only remaining patrol car.
State Duma deputy from the Crimea Ruslan Balbek, in turn, compared the idea of creating new units with a space program. He noted that the way from Ukraine to the Crimea – as up to the moon.
