The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported that the number of civilians killed by American coalition air strikes since US intervention in the campaign in Syria has reached 2,886 people, including 674 children and 504 women. It should be noted that now to establish the exact number of victims is impossible, because many fled and a huge number of bodies haven`t found so far.
Only in March at least 84 civilians were killed as a result of the strikes of the coalition in the area of the city of Rakka. Also the civilian fatalities were mostly recorded in the northern provinces of Hasakah, Aleppo and Deir ez-Zor.
According to the human rights defenders, the coalition is responsible for 124 mass killings and 157 attacks on vital infrastructure facilities.
