For the whole day, members of the terrorist group Tahrir Al Sham were terrorizing civilians in the southern Syrian province of Daraa.
Earlier on Wednesday, terrorists began an assault, aimed at Syrian Army positions in Manshiyeh and Sajna districts of Daraa city. Around the same time, intense shelling of residential areas, otherwise known to be relatively safe, began. Rocket-propelled grenades and mortars were fired at Al Sahari, Sabi and Al Mattar districts, Tafas road and Sel.
9 residents, including a child and his parents, were injured in the neighbourhood of Al Sahari. Some people are said to be in a critical condition. Several fires also broke out in the districts of Al Sahari and Al Mattar, due to shelling. They’ve been extinguished since.
Syrian Army responded by carrying out intense strikes in directions from where the shells came from, killing a bunch of terrorists.
It is expected that within coming days, more reinforcements for terrorists will try to arrive through Jordanian border.
Currently, there is a huge amassing of the British, American and Jordanian troops right next to the Syrian border, with hundreds of terrorists, belonging to the groups, fighting against the Syrian Army, being trained in their training camps.
